I have done everything that the website has told me to do but I still can't download videos. Please  fix this soon!!!

I still am using ios 7 and mediaburner has not worked for me in weeks. I have tried All the steps that they have told me to but with no luck. I wish the update would come soon!!!! I Miss Mediaburner ALOT!!!!!!!!!   Please Hurry!!!! And FIX It.  

Oh MediaBurner, I miss you so much. I hope that the fix is very soon. I miss your app way more than I ever thought I could. I can't wait until all these problems are fixed. Thank you for being a great app.
