Media burner used to be amazing now it is trash. 150 thumbs down, if it doesn't get fixed very soon I will be switching music apps and no longer supporting media burner in anyway at all, I've had all of my friends download it and I will be sure they stop

It's been over a month and I'm trying to stay patient, but I'm with this guy on this.

I have done everything that the website has told me to do but I still can't download videos. Please  fix this soon!!!
