app has stopped downloading videos

My app recently (within the past few days) stopped downloading videos. When i click on the download button from the video's "menu" screen it will show up in the list of already downloaded videos, spend 5 minutes before it's supposed to download and then show the yellow triangle. When i click to show what the error was it says "Timed out." everytime no matter what video. Please help me fix this issue.
