FAQs
Q: Why the BetterTube (installed from the AppStore) can not download videos?A: Apple cut off the download functionality from it. Apple does not allow the app to download YouTube videos anymore. I did build a version with download functionality, but it was rejected when submitted to AppStore. Also, there should be no other apps on AppStore can do it.
Q: I have purchased Media Burner before, why I still need to purchase the BetterTube Pro?
A: I do want to provide it for free, but the new way to distribute BetterTube Pro is a lightweight service, it cannot carry too much users otherwise it will be shut down, so it can't be free. If you do need it, please purchase it.
Q: I have purchased Better Tube Pro for a long time, but why I still received no link to download the app?
A: Here are some email addresses that were failed to deliver(rejected by the email server), if there is one that you used before, please send an email to me(zhustar#gmail.com) with your payment info(using that email address) so that I can send the download link to you again.

1. Open the Media Burner
2. Select the "Channels" tab, click the top left "+"
3. Enter "http://m.youtube.com" and click "Go"
4. Click any video you want to download, it will prompt you to download the video

Note: If you delete the app and re-install, or install on another device with a same Apple account, when you Share Videos (Share in iTunes/Save to camera/Extract audio) it will prompt and ask you to pay again, just click "Yes" and "Buy", it will show "You've already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free."

Feedback and some suggestions, gonna be a bit of a long one.
I like potential this has though, but what would make this even better to add a wifi transfer function like you find in the Downloads app (look like a green box with a white arrow facing down). That would be great since emailing large file amounts and always having to add it to library and itunes are tedious for those like me with 50+ files we want to transfer when we get to our computer. It would basically work by allowing both the computer and the device to communicate and send files to and from one another on a private network instead of relying on itunes and email since multiple files and large data transfers become a bit redundant in my opinion. Oh and by the way would it be ok if you added a multiple selection capabilty for the downloaded library? This way i dont have to keep tapping and tapping and tapping over again. Also a settings mode for the browser that offers us the option to switch from mobile mode to desktop mode. I will keep you guys posted as i dig in for more. Please take these things into consideration and keep up the good work!

1. About crashes. I need the crash log to debug, please follow the steps below:
Open the Settings app, go to General > About > Diagnostics&Usage > Diagnostics&Usage Data
Find out the latest crash log of MediaBurner, click it, and copy the WHOLE log text, then paste into an email and send to me zhustar@gmail.com
2. About ads. A restore button will be added in next version soon, If you have purchased remove ads before, click the restore button to restore all your purchased items, then the ads will be removed. So please wait, the next version is coming up soon.
3. About rss feed adder. In order to focus on YouTube, from version 2.3 on, dailymotion is not supported by channel(feed) anymore, it means can't subscribe any dailymotion feed. So, if you want to download dailymotion videos, you have to download from build-in browser everytime.
You can reorder the channel by: Click top left "+", Click top right "Manage", drag and drop the channels to reorder them. Back to Channels, you will see all the channels are reordered and you can see the first channel every time you open the app.
