FAQs
Q: Why the BetterTube (installed from the AppStore) can not download videos?
A: Apple cut off the download functionality from it. Apple does not allow the app to download YouTube videos anymore. I did build a version with download functionality, but it was rejected when submitted to AppStore. Also, there should be no other apps on AppStore can do it.



Q: I have purchased Media Burner before, why I still need to purchase the BetterTube Pro?
A: I do want to provide it for free, but the new way to distribute BetterTube Pro is a lightweight service, it cannot carry too much users otherwise it will be shut down, so it can't be free. If you do need it, please purchase it.



Q: I have purchased Better Tube Pro for a long time, but why I still received no link to download the app?
A: Here are some email addresses that were failed to deliver(rejected by the email server), if there is one that you used before, please send an email to me(zhustar#gmail.com) with your payment info(using that email address) so that I can send the download link to you again.

I can no longer download captured files into my iPhone's photo gallery. Do you have an update on the way? It's also not shared in iTunes.

The app can download into the phone but tells me the file is incomparable to be loaded into my photo gallery. It's also not showing in iTunes. What's up?
I love this app and have download 250+ music videos so this problem has me both worried and perplexed. Help!!!

Its a bug, for some videos,  you must first save to album then share in iTunes, do not share in iTunes before save to album. 
The bug will be fixed next version.

I'm not able to complete the installation on my Apple 5 iOS 7.1.2
It's a paid app, I've gone through all the instructions to fix and update but it's unable to install. And I can't play any videos or download.

1. Open the Settings app, go to General -> Date & Time -> Turn off "Set Automatically" -> set the time to "08/01/2014"
2. Go back to http://bit.ly/mbsup and try to update again. After the app installed, open it and try to play/download a video.
3. Open the Settings and restore your Data & Time settings.

Is it possible to create a video playlist of things we have already downloaded? I use this app mainly for music videos. I'd like to be able to create a playlist then press play and have it go from video to video with out me pressing play for each vid. Also being able to organize and manage downloaded videos would also be good!!

The update took away the best part of you app; being able to download videos and listen to them without needing wifi or 3G. Please being that back, from what I've seen from the comments on the app store, I'm not the only one who feels this way.

How to download youtube videos w/ the updated media burner ver1.9?

On the old version, i can easily download youtube videos & saved it in my iphone & i can play it again anytime w/out internet connection thru the media burner app. But now, the only options are 'play' or 'watch later' wherein the latter only saves the video link thus needing internet connection everytime you play it again. The download option is better.

Version 1.9 Download Error

There is no download button in new version 1.9. Only showing play and watch later button. When i click the watch later button nothing happen. Its just save a link in the list. So i cant download anything. Please fix the bug asap.
