Q: Why the BetterTube (installed from the AppStore) can not download videos?A: Apple cut off the download functionality from it. Apple does not allow the app to download YouTube videos anymore. I did build a version with download functionality, but it was rejected when submitted to AppStore. Also, there should be no other apps on AppStore can do it.
Q: I have purchased Media Burner before, why I still need to purchase the BetterTube Pro?
A: I do want to provide it for free, but the new way to distribute BetterTube Pro is a lightweight service, it cannot carry too much users otherwise it will be shut down, so it can't be free. If you do need it, please purchase it.
Q: I have purchased Better Tube Pro for a long time, but why I still received no link to download the app?
A: Here are some email addresses that were failed to deliver(rejected by the email server), if there is one that you used before, please send an email to me(zhustar#gmail.com) with your payment info(using that email address) so that I can send the download link to you again.

2. Select the "Channels" tab, click the top left "+"
3. Enter "http://m.youtube.com" and click "Go"
4. Click any video you want to download, it will prompt you to download the video

Note: If you delete the app and re-install, or install on another device with a same Apple account, when you Share Videos (Share in iTunes/Save to camera/Extract audio) it will prompt and ask you to pay again, just click "Yes" and "Buy", it will show "You've already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free."

If you have to restore your phone, or buy a new one... Do you have to make another in-app purchase to get the export feature?
1. The latest version of MediaBurner is compatible with iOS 7.
2. 304 means the video is forbidden, there are many reasons that the YouTube doesn't allow you to watch the video, so I advise you to sign in to YouTube website and watch the video in building browser to see whether the video is open for you: just click top left "+" on the Channels tab and enter http://m.youtube.com and click GO to browse.
This is ridiculous!! A courtesty update on the status of this "update" would be nice!!!!

I have two major concerns here first of all most importantly is my videos when will I be getting them back I have over 3 years worth of videos in my app almost 6gb I understand the downloading issue with Apple copyright etc but come on man. Second issue which is very very annoying Is that I paid to download the app I can't remeber how much but it was around £2.99 or something and I have still been getting advertisements and annoying promos and ads what the hell guys I shouldn't have that I have restored purchase and re downloaded but still same now I ruined its lol together by updating I should of left old version on ;( please reply

When is the update for iPhone 5 Version coming Out?
I saw this only after I have bought iPhone 5 and it was great app. Dont know how I missed out for my old iPhones. The one thing I would like is to have the full screen for iPhone 5.

Error 403 causes app to crash
I am using version 2 of the app. I have one you tube download that has an error 403 and it is causing app to crash. I couldn't delete the download.
The good news is, I can still download new videos, play videos on the list as long as I do not go past the video with the Error 403. When I do, that's when it crashes. Help!
