I am having this same issue. On one of my devices I have managed to download and it says it has sent to iTunes but can't be found when plug into computer.  On other device I keel getting the 'payment cannot be made in your area' message.  I have tried to 'restore purchases and this has not done anything.  I am greatly upset because I have paid got a product which I can't use.  I have tried all of the tips etc suggested, however, nothing has happened.  Please help!!

I don't get this option.  The only options available are Remove, share in iTunes, save to album, extract audio, email video file, share video link and edit video.  I don't have any option to buy and the share in iTunes an error message 'can not make payments in your area! '. I tried to purchase in app, however if select either purchase  I can't as options do not light up.  

Nowhere on app can I find a blue button.

Please help me resolve this.  I have removed app and re-added it, however, it made no difference.  My other machines are ok, however, my iPhone 5s is the one that doesn't work since last update.

How do I do this?  When I try either in the app or via the App Store I am unable to select the option to purchase again.  Any ideas of how I can do this or alternatively how to fix the app
