I paid for no commercials!!!

I paid over 5 dollars for no commercials to sit through, understand!!! So why when I tap to play my saved video I have to be forced to watch a commercial. You will lose a customer if you don't get rid of this post haste! I paid my 5 dollar, either refund my money or get the F rid of the commercials. Got if!!!
