Missing videos

While I was using the app my iphone froze because I ran out of memory and when the phone final reset all my downloaded videos where deleted (about 50 videos) im so upset and was wondering what i should do to restore them? Reinstall the app? or is there a way to just find a list of the names n i can manual redownload

Hi Cassandra,

Normally reset iPhone should not remove any data, could you tell me how you reset your iPhone?

And check whether any data also deleted from other apps?
