Had to re-install operating system on computer and re-download all iPhone apps. I cannot download the save feature again. It's prompting for payment. What's up?

Had to re-download all apps, including MediaBurner.  I had purchased the in-app features, and now it's prompting me to pay again.

How do I get around this?  I don't have to pay again do I?

Just click "Yes" and "Buy", it will show "You've already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free."

click "OK", it will unlock IAP item for free. You won't have to pay again.
