I bought purchased the in app purchase of $1.99 (I believe) on my iPod and just recently got an iPhone and downloaded this app through iCloud but when I want to extract audio from a video, I asks me to purchase the in app purchase again! I don't want to pay the $1.99 again so please how do I fix this? Or what do I do?

You don't need to pay again. Click buy and click "Yes" for all, it will restore your IAP. It won't purchase you again.
