Crashes when I hit List

So, I downloaded some songs. The next day I went back on to this awesome app but as I hit List it seemed as if everything had frozen (I tried scrolling and nothing happens) but, it just sent me back to my iPod touch screen. Can this be fixed?

Any news on this issue it just happened to me. I would hate to lose everything. This app is awesome.
