Weeks now the error message, confirm, can't open iTunes

I keep getting the error, buy share, can't open iTunes when I try to share to iTunes. Apple store was a peach as they unhelped. It keeps saying unlock to share but doesn't say how.

You need to buy in app purchase first if you want to share videos in iTunes.
If you can't buy in app purchase, just try again later
