Make it able to download daileymotion videos

From version 2.3 on, Dailymotion is not supported anymore, so you should remove all the Dailymotion channels. If you want to download Dailymotion videos, you have to download from build-in browser: Click top left "+", enter http://dailymotion.com, Click Go to browse and download
