Cannot download videos

Whenever I try to download a video, I get an error saying;
|10fetchFileUrlInfo time out
Please help, thanks.

The issue is fixed in the new version 2.3 and 2.3 is submitted to Apple for review, so please be patience, you can update as soon as Apple approve the new version

I've reinstalled the app, but mediaburner doesn't attempt to download any videos. HELP ME!
