Media Burner won't let me download the video into my album
I click on save tto album and it loads for about 2 mins then say 'Request Error' and I have tried it on every video I have downloaded 4 times and it won't work

I am also having this problem. Never have before the update. The ability to save to album was the only reason we upgraded to the paid version. Any information on how to fix this issue would be great.
