Error has occured

This is a great app however, when i installed the updated features it no longer lets me download the videos. Before i used to be able to watch my videos with no streaming problem. Now the videos in my list take forever to play. Also the new updates that featured playlist/repeat or randomize were not installed even after i clicked the update in app store
