Can't Restore Purchases

So I bought one of the upgrades (the HD downloads upgrade), and now I can't restore my purchase. I had deleted my app and then re-downloaded it a couple weeks later (when the servers were working again).

What happened when you click HD ? Just click all "Yes" when prompting, you won't need to purchase again.
