Download problem

Can no longer download anything from YouTube as of approx 9/13/2012; was working fine, then suddenly stopped. Tried goo.gl/0Q7v6 fix, but didn't help. Can you pls provide solution for download problem. This is probably my favorite app of all time. Thank you.
