empty audio tracks

I have the iphone 5s IOS 7.0.5.and just bought and downloaded media burner. I extracted audio once. After this I cannot extract audio any more, it says "extract audio failure empty audio tracks". How can I fix this? I don't want to delete anything.

Just as it said there isn't any audio track found in the video that you want to extract from.
You could post the video url here and I will try to test it.

I'm having the same problem. It's let me do 2 videos but no more
