It doesn't work

This app needs an update fast. I have seen this app work before and It looks really cool, but when I use it, it gives my a message about not having media files. Is this like a new lawsuit thing? Or did the update just screw up the app?

It doesn't work till now
I paid for the app and for adds on and it doesn't work

it says v3 still on review
