How come sometimes can downlord movies? Sometimes it's said ( watch later ) ??!! Can't able downlord again ??!!

Wish to give 5 stars , but make me disappointed , sometimes can downlord, sometimes can't !! Even itself said : can't find media link ?? Sad !!
