What does it mean when it says error 403 when i try to download songs and says N/A?? My connection is fine??

 it's like this with my app...can't download anything since a few days....PLEASE UPDATE!!!

I downloaded this app on my iPhone, iPod & iPad 3.  The only one working is the iPhone.  The other 2 I cannot load the video to watch & when I try to download it comes up na & the error code is 403.  I did the download from te media burner.userecho.com & still not working.  Help!

The VERY same thing happened to me JUST now, when I try to download something, it will give me the error symbol on the bottom right corner of the video in the list. When I tap the Show Error option, it gives me a bunch of code with code 403 mentioned in the very first and last line of the message, it's frustrating.
