"better tube pro" is no longer available

I've been using it since it was media burner, however when i tried to use it today all i got was a message saying it was no longer available.

a temporary fix is to change the date on my ipod, but that is effecting a few of my other apps.

when i changed the date i only needed to go back 1 day, does this mean apple disabled the app from a certain date? or is this a bug?
