Error no media link found for playing

I see the questions but not the solutions. It's working fine ony iPad but not anymore on my iphone 4. Please advise how to fix this error.

1. Click top left "+" button on Channels page.

2. Enter "mediaburner.userecho.com" and click go.

3. Check important note there.
