App won't open

Using iphone 4s and ios 7.1.1. The app has been working perfectly until today, now it won't open. I click the app, the main menu screen flashes up for half a second then closes. Please help? Thanks

Sorry, the link to update is not working anymore. I suggest you wait for the next version released, all the issues will be fixed in the next version.Remember do not delete the app, your downloaded videos won't be lost.

The same thing is happening to me and they won't help me! I've done what they said on yours but still no help! About to delete the app for good with this horrid customer service keeps up!
