After purchasing this app, I can't seem to download any videos. I don't have the "download" tab. Help please!

Make sure your network connection is fine, close the app and try open the app again, if still no download button, post a screenshot here please.

I downloaded the new update today the app opens but I can't access my videos or the search function it keeps trying to load YouTube then crashes help I have 120 videos I can't access

Are you using iPad? Try turn off you WiFi connection and open the app again

I forgot to say I am using the iPhone 4S on the 3G network meteor Ireland all of my other apps are running fine this one just opens then crashes without loading any suggestions and when I tap the search or list button nothing happens

Hi Johner, try to use WiFi connection instead of 3G

Hi I am still having problems with the app I connected to wifi but and the app opens the timer spins constantly but YouTube won't open. When I press download list I can't access it the app keeps freezing will I delete and then re download the app. Thank you for your help.

 Launch safari and visit google.com to confirm your network connection is working fine

My Internet us working fine I'm using my phone to communicate with you all of my other apps work fine
My app is not working! Can't download anything. It says timeout try again later. Fix this!
