update won't install??

Image 24i've tried installing the new update and i keep getting an error message. i can also no longer access the app since it is now faded out with the words 'waiting…' underneath? please help since your app has never given me problems before thank you!!

What's your device, and which iOS version running on it?
Try to go to the download page and update again.
