I can't use the app after the new update of Fix Play/Download

For some reason I can't download the new update of 7/31/2014, it's not my iPhone memory space, I just get this error saying "Mediaburner and some other apps can't be downloaded at this time, please try again later" and it's only on Mediaburner's update cause i updated today the new update of Youtube's app and it downloaded with no errors. And i retried the update for Mediaburner, but it keeps giving me the same errors. Any idea what it could be? Probably my internet server right now?
