Download the paid app

I like your application so much I decided to pay for it yesterday. I followed the steps but it doesn't seem to work (although I can see on iTunes that I was charged for it). I read your page where it suggests to pay again when installing on a new device (which is not the case) and the message that I get is that I already paid for it but have not downloaded it. I don't know how to do this! The App Store only let me open your app. I've synched with iTunes. Nothing seems to help. I always get this message that it was not downloaded. Can you help?
