Yes you can, select an video in List, click share in iTunes(In-App-Purchase), then connect your device to computer, launch iTunes on computer, go to apps section, scroll down, find MediaBurner on left list, click it you will see the shared video, you can save the video to your computer, then copy to any device you want  from computer.

Yes you can, first you should sign in appstore in Settings app with the account you using on ipod, then open mediaburner on ipad, select an video in List, click share in iTunes, follow the steps, just click yes, you can restore your In-App-Purchase, it will not purchase you again.

"No link is found for playing" normally means your network speed not enough, try to use WiFi instead of 3G connection
