  • Hi The app keep crashing every time i open it. I sent emails but no response could you please help. I love better tube

The BetterTube license on your device may have expired.

To check whether the license was expired, please follow：
1. Open BetterTube Pro, click "三" button on top left, scroll down to the bottom, select "Feedback".
2. Check whether there is a line "AppID=com.dd6.bettertube", if there is the line, it means your app license was expired

Once the app license expires, it will not work for you.
To keep the app running on your device, please renew the app license with this link: http://smarturl.it/RenewBetterTubePro

To renew the license won't affect your videos, all your videos will still be there, nothing will be lost.
DO NOT remove the app: to delete the app will delete all your videos too.
