Unable to download any video since 8/20/12.

I contacted you previously regarding a download issue of downloading into my album. Starting three days ago I was unable to download the host video to my iPhone or play it. Reinstalled the app, Error 403 comes up every time. I tried downloading two videos I had transferred previously and got the same error code. It's like someone flipped a switch and everything stopped working.
I love the app and recommend it highly. I collect music videos. Via your app I smagged and transfered 300 music videos and 4 full length movies.
I'm guessing an update will be forthcoming. Any idea how soon?
